Classic clean, caramel-like taste is balanced with delicate acidity- nuances which are amplified when roasted to our full-city standard. New to the world of specialty coffees, Bolivia has grown to create the infrastructure, technology and skills needed to promote a quality product. Grown between 4,000-6,000 ft. above sea level, centered in the Yungas and the province of Caranavi, the cooperative Celccar uses Fair trade and organic initiatives to provide support and opportunity for coffee producers locally to grow globally. High mountains are covered by lush tropical vegetation (aka-bird friendly) with rich soil and a climate that gives the coffee its special features.
