Our single origin Peruvian beans have been naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process from the pristine environment of the coastal mountains of British Columbia. This system gently filters out the the caffeine while maintaining the desirable flavour prior to processing. Our dark roast leaves spots of delicious oils which have undertones of caramelized, nutty sweetness resulting in a decaf cup that does not compromise flavour. Â
