Shipping Delays
My Indie Coffee ships parcels within 2 business days of a completed transaction. The estimated delivery dates are provided automatically by our shipping courier and by My Indie Coffee in other cases. This delivery date may not be met for a variety of reasons. They include:

a) The carrier may miss its own delivery standard.

b) The credit card payment authorization may experience a delay in being approved.

Shipping Outside of Canada
Shipments made outside of Canada may be subject to Duties, National taxes, and/or Brokerage fees.  Please be aware that the customer is solely responsible for any of these additional charges.
